We are looking for the Community/CS Trainee for World of Warship.

The Community/CS Trainee will work with the APAC Community, CS, and Content team to ensure the language’s accuracy and quality. The role will focus on supporting the team with information collection, data analysis, and visualized reporting for improving every aspect of community/CS/Content, product publishing, operations and better decision-making.

What will you learn?

  • Create daily and weekly reports for the identified key learnings and improvement areas
  • Learn communication as a bridge between the regions
  • Measure, monitor, and create detailed reports on CS and suggestions to improve the product and enhance the audience’s engagement
  • Learn how to prepare publications for the official community channels, and marketing action
  • Research the latest trends and best practices to stay up to date on community trend

  • Active player of World of Warships PC or its franchise
  • Streaming experience or open to streaming
  • Good reporting and data visualizing skills
  • Fluent English
  • Additional Asian language is a plus
