The Forge educational program is a free-of-charge program that lasts for 10-12 weeks and provides an immersive experience for early career professionals. It allows participants to gain valuable insight into the various aspects of game development work.

Through this program, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from world-class mentors with big tech backgrounds and gain familiarity with Wargaming’s products, technology, and team members. Upon completing the program, students may be considered for employment opportunities.

The requirements to enroll in our educational program vary depending on the discipline you are interested in. We welcome students, recent graduates, and professionals seeking a change in career path. Our primary prerequisites include proficient English language skills, a passion for learning, and a strong enthusiasm for gamedev.

We use combined formats for our online educational programs incorporating multiple teaching methods, including pre-recorded lectures and tutorials, live feedback sessions, and assessments.

What disciplines can I study?

The best graduates will be offered a paid early career contract (internship, traineeship, working student, etc.) in Lithuania, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Germany, or Cyprus and will gain practical knowledge.
